how can i install usb2 on my laptop without drivers i cant take it back to shop as i bought it from tiny and they have gone bust my laptop is a tiny N18

Not sure what you mean by 'install USB2'?

Assuming that the PC has the USB2 hardware? Any drivers that you need ought to be on the PC already. Just use the add hardware wizard.

If you mean that you have USB1 and want to install USB2, you can't as it requires hardware that you PC does not have.
