I bought a Portable WMA/MP3 Player IMP-65 for my boyfriend. It is a 128MB~2gb memory. He downloaded music from CDs to the MP3 but when he tries to play the music he gets the message 'No Files' How can he find his music downloads?

I had the same problem and found this answer on another post on this website:-

"Eventually I got to play the music i'd put on the player after i'd selected M, then M again when it was showing 'Play Music'.. then whereas it was saying 'no file' all my files appeared"

It worked for me - hope it does for you too!!
