how to reduce boiler pressure ?

i have set the bar pressure on my greenstar 37 cdi to high. how do I reduce it to proper level. Do I use the key to let water out or do I have to bleed radiators?

Just bleed one of the radiators, check the rad valve at the bottom is fully open. May take a little while, but nice and easy,
