I have a table saw type fmtc10tsl?

The saw will not start though there is power to it. Do you know how I can get it to work. The cut out switch seems to be out not pushed in.

The cut out switch is a safety device - it prevents automatic restarting after a power fail - called an NVR switch - No Voltage Release.
