the key in my uPVC door does not turn fully so i can't remove it when it's ?

When I lock my UPVC door, I push handle up then turn key in key hole. Then I cannot remove key and I think that the key doesn't turn completely. Any idea of why? and what can I do? thanks

Almost certainly because the handle isn't going up as far as it should. Our french doors are notorious for this, sometimes allowing the handle to lock properly, and at other times just jibbing. The door may need adjusting to allow the hooks and dogs to register properly. Sometimes a good heave clicks the thing in place. Then the key will lock the door properly.

try it with the door open, door might be just out of line at the locking parts. and bumping off the frame
