I hope someone can help.
Our boiler only starts if manually forced to Hi or Low setting. It works for 15 min and then stops at around 60 to 65 deg, which ever is first. How I get it to start automatically. All thermostat and hot water demand are on close position which asks the boiler to start.

The boiler is new, just installed and the water pressure is showing 1 bar and the installer nowhere to be seen.

Sounds like your problem is a circulation issue. This may require a new circulation pump, but more likely, the heat exchanger will be blocked with debris and will require flushing out or replacing.
