It sounds like you have lost pressure in the system. This may be due to a leak somewhere, either a radiator, the pipework or in the boiler itself.
This may also be exacerbated by a depressurised or faulty expansion vessel.
The manual is a bit sparse with filling instructions however item 7.8 suggests you need the filling kit (basically s short hose and valve) which was supplied.
Worcester do offer one-off call out for about £300 OR a minimum 6 months maintenance contract at £50/month, which reduces by about half after 6 months and includes an annual service. From experience so far, response and support has been worthwhile.
Using the maker's engineers also means they are familiar with the boilers and usually carry a full stock of common parts in the van.
