Hi my Zanussi jetsystyem is 9 yrs old error code E140. It's ?

I can't find what the code means? Please help. It's a washer/dryer although hardly ever used the dryer just washing clothes. I have draìned it . Can't see or find anything viable and I'm so desperate please could someone kindly advise me. Many thanks.
