I really need a solution to my oil burner vent problem for the last 8 years I have to have a tech come out because the wind has shut down my burner some years its 3 or 4 times a year the vent is in about the worst place it could be getting the east, west and north winds the wind does not allow the exhaust fumes to escape and the fumes cause carbon and soot to build up and system shuts down. HELP!!! nobody seems to have an ANSWER
