radiator has stoped. working?

My heating system is powered by a worcester 28i combie boiler.
One of the radiators has stoped working.Pressure is ok on boiler. I have blead this radiator however no air is comming out, just cold water.I have turned off/on the radiators valve also tapped it with no success. The pipe that comes from the radiator in the next room which supplys this radiator turnes to cold appx 600mm after leaving the radiator. The pressure on the combi boiler did drop when I bleed the radiator. I have added more water to the system and now pressure is back up to about 1-2. Please help

The rad is either switched off; or it has a blockage in it...

Ensure "BOTH" ends of the rad are turned on... If you have thermostatic rad valves, then the likelihood is that the valve has got stuck in the closed position; to free it; remove the head and you'll see a small pin - You need to tap this pin (Sometimes quite hard) to create enough vibration on the spring to get it to release and pop up.
