How can I fix my MIKOMI AM216 surrond sound system?

The MIKOMI AM216 has rear jack leads for front, rear and centre speakers. Most systems only need one audio lead connection.
My TV only has two holes for audio(one red, one white) and to connect all the leads I would need six holes!!!!.
The sytem does work because I have connected the one lead to the rear speakers and they are great. I obvously need and audio cable with three jacks. Do they exist. Is there another way to connect all three leads to the TV or DVD

deapend weather you will settle for a four spaker system or not meaning 4 tweeters an a sub this means you only need 2 splitters and use the very top and bottom jacks make sure there sterio ofcorse or of you want the whole lot workin tho it wonr split the surround to 5.1 you can use 3 spliiers and join 2 together so all 6 speakers work or buy a 5.1 exterier splitter unit into 2 white and red phono cables will also work and seperate sound as is its meant to great system for a computer if you but the 5.1 audoi board and set it up not the loudest but louder than any computer speakers with far better quality

Had the same problem, now fixed! Get two Jack Plug Headphone Splitters, plug one into your headphone TV socket and plug the other splitter into one of the sockets in the other splitter and buy three Jack Plug to Jack Plug leads, plug them up to the sockets in the splitters and into the surround sound system sockets, you should be able to control volume from your TV remote too! Hope this works for you too!

The system cannot process dolby digital 5.1 on its own. You need an additional decoder, some dvd players do have these built in - look for jack sockets that will accept your 5 speakers on the rear panel, they should be marked Left, Right, Rear Left, Rear Right, Centre and Subwoofer. Superfi have a Helios H4000 dvd player that will do this but it is currently £80 (October 2007). You could also look at getting an amplifier/processor but this will cost alot more than the £30 Mikomi surround sound Argos are selling! My advice is to return the unit. They really should advertise that the speakers require extra technology to work afterall! Hope this helps guys...
