I have an Amish Heat Surge X5C heater that when turned on it produces no heat and shuts off after running for about 20 to 25 seconds. Thermostat is set on high but no heat and shuts down. On the heated element the thermo-couple link was shorted out so I replaced the heating element still no heat and shuts down after running for 20 to 25 seconds. I could find no helpful trouble shooting links, could you help please?
