Yes I have changed the electronic unit but it still has the same problem the boiler won't fire up.

Where is this reset button how does one reset it?
Any new ideas!

I have looked through the Potterton website and searched their 'faults and fixes' section. This fault is mentioned and it simply says to replace the Electronic Control (Part No. 407677). If anyone has any other suggestions then please let us know. Hope that helps.

Mine has the exact same problem, so I will also be very interested in the answer. I have changed the diaphram and now it clicks much quicker, but still clicks about 20 times before firing. I think there is some sort of air switch inside the casing, but maybe someone could let us know for sure.
