BAXI Combi 105E DHW VALVE leak?

I have a leak from the DHW pushrod hole (the one which comes out horizontally to the switch). Do I need to drain the entire system or just shut off supply and run taps before attempting to repair/replace the diaphram mechanism?

Thanks.

Did the job, easy no probs for 3 months now. Bought Diaphram kit £8.00 which came with new brass nut and seal and a small grommit. Switched off water mains/power to boiler and removed front switch and nut(carefull to stop water falling on PCB), cleaned rod and slid on grommit with silicone grease. Reassembled and switched on water and power. Leak fixed!

If its the DHW diaphragm (Faces you on the left hand side) that you are talking about, then all you need to do is turn off the mains water supply and electricity. Open a tap to relieve the pressure and job done.
