I have a Cello DVD recorder. Everytime I record on DVD RW, it will record and play it back as normal......until it's switched off.
Switch it back on and I'm left with a blank disc. I've even tried the disc in another player in case the recorder's not reading it, but the disc is completely blank.

Please does anyone know why???

I had the same problem.After recording press Disc Operate to get menu:- (Rename,Erase, Record New Title. Overwrite,Lock Disc). Then choose Record New Title, When you switch off you will be able to play it on it`s own or another machine. Cheers.
