There is a leak underneath my Polti 95Turbo Flexi steam clea?

My Polti 95 Turbo Flexi steam cleaner has started leaking steam from a small hole underneath the machine which I assume is a pressure relief valve? Nothing about it in the manual or in the FAQ's. Can you help please?
