Ideal HE Boiler will not ignite?

Can anybody help please.

I have a new Ideal HE 18 boiler just in stalled. After 2 weeks of use the boiler now fails to fire with no spark from SG1. The boiler casing seems to be corectly fitted with no leaks, flue protection thermostateband and limit thermostate measure low resistance
