i have a dell laptop-Lattitude CPI A series.it was given to me.
Could someone tell me what is missing from the left hand side of the key board? there are two empty slots. is it worth getting these parts?
Oops missed that it was a laptop. You'd have to replace the completye keyboards from Dell.

The keys on the left side of a standard PC keyboard are: (from the top) Esc, some funny graphics (that I have NEVER used), Tab, Caps Lock, Shift, Ctrl.
You can buy complete new keyboards for just over five quid in the UK.
