How long since it was serviced? Sounds like it's overheating.
Worcester Bosch (or Botch if you like) can offer a maintenance agreement that includes parts and labour. We had cause to use that three or four years back, when a failed heat exchanger was replaced for free, which would have otherwise cost £500 for just the parts.
