everytime i put my washer on its so noisy and when it starts to spin the belt comes off amd when the drum turns it sounds like it is catching the rubber seal, this only happens when there is a load of washing is in, it runs ok with no clothes in . I can wash them but not spin the clothes

Sounds like your drum bearings have colasped. This will be very expensive to repair.
