Change the Region code on my Matsui DVDR 100?

How can I change the Region code on my Matsui DVDR 100. At the moment I am configured for Region 2. I need to be able to watch dvd's from Region's 1 and 3

Open tray (empty, do not insert a disc) then close it
Press DVD/REC
Press Return
Press Info
Enter 8880

A message will then confirm region free.
