Your machine is on child lock...press the option and the Temp button at the same time to unlock

In addition to the previous answer.

You'll see a smiley face between the wash and rinse buttons. Press the rinse and wash buttons for a few seconds at the same time and the child lock (hence smiley face) will switch off - at least it worked on mine.
