how can i fix my headphone plug for my logik mp3? i have to either twist it about to hear the full sound or pull it out 1/2 way to hear it? what can i do??

Right-click the "Volume" option on your windows menu bar, left-click "Open Volume Control" and set the Wave Balance to zero. Hope this helps.
