Help me replace a 6 amp 2 way ceiling switch?

Hi all,
The other day my bathroom ceiling switch appeared to seize as the nylon pull cord didnt move at all. So i decided to replce it. Now the fitting instructions that came with are not the best....
I have 1 Red wire ( i presume is my live), 1 black wire (i presume is my neutral or switched live) and 1 green and yellow wire. Now im happy that my green and yellow earth connects to the earth terminal on the ceiling fitting but on the switch itself i have 3 connection points....Com , 1way and 2way..........where does my single black and single red wire go?????? I have tried what i belived to be right but this tripped the house junction box....... all i want is my typical on / off bathroom switch back.....
thanks in advance

in this instance the black wire is not a neutral , although it is the colour of neutral , it is a switch wire which should have been red , however this is a common occurence and no danger at all , so red in is feed and black out is switchwire. so as previous answer , red to com and black to l1 and the earth to the brass earth terminal

Connect red to common and black to 1 way.
