i have 3 flags on my upvc door that you turn with allen key. I,m confused which one to turn for to lower my door to stop the rain coming in?? Was wondering if you could explain what the 3 flags do??

Charlie. The three flag hinges should have an allen key underneath which raises the sash. If the part attached to the door is in contact with the part on the frame, it is in its lowest position and can only go up. As a uPVC door fitter I find most water issues are down to blocked drainage channels (routed in the threshold) Clear these and see if it helps. Kev (klplastics@graffiti.net)
