I hava a RCA television Model # F32650 it worked fine till the other day the picture went out with a swirl of red and the t.v turned off. I turned it back on but it wouldn't so I unplugged it let it reset and then I turned it back on and it worked. The next day it did it again this time no picture and a loud whining sound. I unplugged it so it could reset and it will not and is still making the whining sound with no picture just black screen. Can you help me. I think it's a short but how can i repair that at home? because I truley don't have the money for a repair shop. PLEASE HELP???

with all due respect, unless you have the test equipment and experience, you will not be able to fix this, as it sounds like the line stage is blown. This is tricky and needs care as it can kill even with the set unplugged. take it to a tech or replace the set.
