Problem with Musicmatch Jukebox?

Whenever i attempt to load up Musicmatch Jukebox i get an error message saying:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C :\Program Files\Musicmatch\Musicmatch Jukebox\mmjb.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have tried re installing the programme several times but without success. It says that there are still components from an older installation of the programme. I have gone through the uninstall list and have deleted all entrys under the programme and can find no more. The problem only seems to have arisen since setting the computer back after an unwanted programme installed itself on the pc. However the date I set it back to was a date after Musicmatch had origionally been installed

The pc runs on Windows xp Home Edition,and is a Compaq Presario.

Go into properties on music burner, then click on compability, check you are on the correct compability,ie mine said windows 95, soon as i changed it to windows 2000, I was back in business.
