how can i tune my sony kv-29f1u. i cant find the menu button on my remote can any one help

Each TV can be quite different in terms of functions etc. I would suggest www.sony.com, navigate to their support pages and download the user manual. Most large manufacturers now keep them in PDF format on their websites.
