My tv is in picture menu lock mode and will not allow me to turn the channel, change the volume or even turn it off. It tells me to refer to my owner's manual, but the only thing I could find was telling me how to set a lock that will control wether video games are played or a certain channel watched. I am unable to use the answere for model ct5122t, my universal remoted does not have a "/" botton on it.Can anyone help me with this.

Hold the action key and the channel up key on the face of the tv down simutaniously for a few seconds. Hope that helps.
