my water levels on my washer will not work properly i can only use it on the small load. the water starts to run out when i turn it to a different level
It sounds like your washer is siphoning the water out. If the drain pipe fits into a stand pipe, make sure it is a loose fit so air can get through. Also make sure the drain is at least 38 inches high.
