I get sporadic clear/shaky reception coming from any external DVD/Video source. Direct input from cable via HDTV connection comes in clear. I've isolated the problem from the external sources and appears to be within the TV. Is there some board or chip or tunning that will eliminate the shaky picture?

there is a stand up board encased in aluminum shield there are approximately 8 capacitors that have to be replaced extremely difficult even for my 25+ yrs. in the trade one trace the size of a hair can break and you would not see it$300 is fair and well deserved by the technician
