How can I get Boiler,Ferrolli, tempra 18?

I Have a Ferrolli Boiler the pressure has alsways been at 1 bar so I have increased it to 2 bar. I have hot water and the radiators are heating up well but not hot enough. I have bled the radiators. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

what is is the ideal working pressure?

pressure wants to be about 1.5bar max. is the stat turned up? are the rad valves open enough?
