Diplomat dishwasher not washing bottom properly?

Hello

I have a diplomat dishwaher which is not cleaning items in the bottom, would appear they only get clean by water from above. Pans etc., facing down in bottom basket might well have not been put in for amount of clean they get, what ould be causing this ?

I have the same problem with a Bosch dishwasher. i think it might be the waste pump not working from reading the manual. Have you discovered anything yourself?

Thanks for that pete, however arm does rotate and jets are not blocked, do you know if there is a seperate pump for top and bottom ?

Make sure the lower spray bar can rotate freely, remove the bar and ensure the spray jets aren't blocked.
