My mp3 player having 2 GB capacity shows an error message that it can not be formatted. it also shows its capacity as 1 MB. I am also not able to play the music files stored in it. PLEASE HELP.
Had this with mine, couldnt do a thing to it. Try removing any software that came with it and reinstalling on the pc then reformatting again. Unluckily with mine it was dead so had to send it back under warranty.
