I've bought a 4GB flash drive, and I've copied some .mp3 songs on it, I can see it on the computer and I can play it without any problems but it is not playing on my mico hi-fi system and also not with a USB adapter in the car. My other 128mb is working on both systems, what can be wrong?

I'd guess and say that they're not compatible with memory sticks bigger than about 1Gb.
Check with the manufacturers websites of ur hifi and your usb adaptor and see if they are aware of a problem and whether they offer a firmware update.
