I got this mp3 only six monthe ago, and its been working fine, but one day i tried to turn it on, and it froze, so i took the batery out and tried it again, but it froze again. I've tried recharging it, but i wouldn't stay on long enough. I've tried buying a new battery but that didn't work. What can i do?

Hi, Youo need to re-format and run scan disk on it, Go to the creative web site and search on bringing up the emergency repair menu, this usually fixes this.
