How can I fix my Vokera Linea 24 Combi boiler?

Recently I've had a problem with my Vokera Linea 24 which won't heat the water to my taps unless the heating is also on. I've tried re-setting boiler and the pressure is good, any suggestions ???

Maybe - doesn't the Linea have an elecronic diverter and hot water flowswitch?
