Answered wrong thing.
Assume you can't unscrew them
Get a jr hacksaw blade and cut a slot in the screwhead so you have something to use a screwdriver in so that you can undo them (mask the guitar first!!)

Which screws?
Add small slithers of wood into the holes before you put the screws in, this works for most bigger screws
