Insulation pads for Potterton Netaheat Electronic?

I have been told by the company that services my boiler (a Potterton Netaheat Electronic) that the insulation pads are nearing the end of their life and that they cannot find replacements / alternatives for them. They have said that either I get a new boiler (c£2,000, which I can't afford) or they will not cover me anymore. Can anyone help me locate some pads?

Go to the following page and register you details with the manufacturers, and they will know whether the parts are still available or not.

http://www.potterton.co.uk/contact/partInformation.php?type=homeowner

Alternatively try the following suppliers.

http://www.partscenter.co.uk

Enter all of the info asked for and they may list it.

I would like to think you maintenance company are being honest, but some times a little digging helps.
