touch screen panasonic cf-27?

I recently got a cf-27 and was told it has touch screen capabilitys and wi-fi but neither of which work can you tell me what i possibly will have to do toget these features working it is running windows xp pro at this time thanks any help would be appreciated

Check the configuration number on the panasonic toughbook website. Not all CF-27 toughbooks had touchscreen capability. If your laptop model does have a touchscreen, you can download the drivers to enable it from the same site. The wireless may actually be a CDMA radio which would not work with a/b/g wireless networks. If your toughbook does have wireless or CDMA, it will usually have an movable antenna on the side of the LCD housing.
