I drained the radiators when decorating. How do I fill the system. The boiler has power to it, and the pump gets hot, but nothing is happening - no noise nothing. Help.

To have drained the radiators meant that you had to turn the radiator valves off - yes?? Then open them up again and the system will auto fill - be prepared to check all radiators for temp over the whole area of the radiators: if any are cold then they will need the bleed valves opening till water flows out. DO NOT operate the pump for heating till the system is filled!!!
