Concrete Cistern Repairs?

What is the best method to sealing off an old 2" drain hole in a concrete cistern (4" thick wall)? What will adhere to existing concrete?

it depends on the size and how many cracks there are but if it is just one hole you need to fix ther is a product called Quick creet I have used in the past with good sucess you can purchase it at local hardware stores.First pack the hole with fiberglass insulation then mix quickcreet with water to a morter like paste and trowel it into the hole.Be quick because it hardens in just a few minutes. If however there are a lot of crackes there is a 3 part sustem made buy a company called Sanitread you can get the address online just use the name and it will take you to the site.I have used this product on a few of my customers with great sucess. It isnt cheap but it is cheaper than replacing the cistern itself.I hope this helps you.
