Techwood widescreen tv,3 quarters has picture but bottom part no picture?

My 3 year old techwood tv has a picture problem, the upper part of the screen has a perfect picture but the bottom part of the screen is black, other than that its perfect.

Hi.

Not really easy to repair it could be problem in frame stage or corrupted eprom depending on which chasis your set has.
I would recoment TV repair shop.
