Need a remote control for Durabrand A160. I believe the Cyberhome DVR1600 is the sme 'gubbins' in a different box and am prepared to take the chance for a reasonably priced handset. Can pay through paypal, or cheque etc. Thanks in advance.

Paul Did you find a remote control for the A160.
I lent the unit to my daughter she has now moved and I cant find the hand set.
Any ideas where to get one?

Yes, they say they cannot help and I should contact manufacturer, but different companies use the Durabrand trade name (Cyberhome is now dead!). I've tried but can't get any joy, nor from remote control suppliers. I was hoping someone might have the same box, not working but with a good remote who might sell me it. Ta anyways.

As Durabrand is an Asda/WallMart own brand have you tried them?
