worcester Bosch 240 boiler - the pilot light keeps going out?

the pilot light will light and the system will work but about once a day or so it goes out again... so I have to relight it.

does anyone know why this would happen and how i can rectify it?

poss thermo couple intermitant t/c shut off can be many causes. get an engineer to do some checks.
