How Do I enter date and time in the BIOS of HP NC6120?

I have a HP NC6120. When I start it up I get the error 163 - date and time not set. When I press F10 and go into setup it doesnt give me the option to put the correct date and time. How and where do I find that option?

Its not so simple , when you are making a new installation , you have to correct the time Before windows is verified as genuine , not doing this will make windows unoperable.

when booting, press the F8 key
choose Boot to "Sage Mode with Command Prompt"
at the prompt, enter "time" and you will get the option to set the new time
similarly, type "date" and you will get the option to set the correct date

We have had this error too. We changed date and time within Windows.
BIOS ajusted itself after reboot.

Replace the CMOS battery in the PC (See your handbook -it may be a soft handbook on the PC.) then boot the PC and set the time and date in Windows, that will reset the CMOS.
