mintek dvd-2110 player does not recognize disk?

Hello,I have a Mintek DVD-2110 player that I ran a disk cleaner in it & it still said no disk! Can you heap? Thanks Ray

I have a similar problem. My Mintek DVD-2110 can read VCDs but not DVDs. I'm thinking that the lens needs to be readjusted and am looking for information on how to do it. If I manage to fix it, I'll try to remember to come back here and post about it.
