I have an F61 error on my panasonic dvd 5 disc?

Dear friends I have an panasonic dvd home cinema system which has reciently "packed up" The model is a SA-HT75 I have an error appearing on my screen basically when i turn it on its says "F61" then shuts down straight away. Can anyone help? Thanks Mark
