my pen drive is a fingston traveler and it has a virus that ca not be deleted the virus name is downloader and it pretends to be a folder that has a name: new folder.exe pls. help me to remove this virus.

You have two options. First of all, scan the drive with a good antivirus, which is able to delete the virus. Second of all, use unlocker to unlock the file or folder which is blocked by other process and then delete, manually or using the unlocker. you can download the software unlocker from the website www.ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Copy all the files you need then format the drive.
If you're worried about infecting your PC then do it at your local internet cafe.
Yes, it's a bit naughty, but any internet cafe that doesn't have adequate virus protection doesn't deserve to be in business.
If they don't have protection then they could infect customer's media, so it serves 'em right!
