Zanussi aquacycle 1000?

I have an underwire from a bra stuck underneath the drum. Is the machine still safe to use and can I open it somewhere to retrieve it ?
Any help on this would b appreciated.

hi remove the rear half of the machine and then the element you can usually get to it from there
